The Lemay Development Corporation's redevelopment project is pending approval by HUD as part of the St. Louis County Economic Council’s request for a realignment of the Empowerment Zone boundaries to include a portion of Lemay.
River City Casino Construction continues on schedule for a March 2010 grand opening. The access road, skirting the River des Peres, is nearing completion with the Lemay Ferry to South Broadway section to open soon. (Click here to view a live webcam of the River City Casino project)
