The Lemay Development Corporation is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization that initiates and facilitates economic growth and development. Working hand-in-hand with businesses, developers, residents, and government officials and agencies, the LDC has been at the forefront of commercial redevelopment. Other LDC efforts include initiatives and advocacy in workforce development, beautification, transportation and infrastructure improvements.With funding provided by the St. Louis County Port Authority’s Community Reinvestment Fund, the LDC recently completed an updated market study. The strategies and recommendations of this plan serve as a blueprint for the future initiatives.
