Dan Iadevito, of Montgomery Bank, (left) presented the 2011 Ambassador of the Year award to Justin Hennessey, Northwestern Mutual (right). Last year, Justin was responsible for creating a brand new fundraiser for both the Chamber and the Lemay Housing Partnership by initiating and organizing Lemay Day at a St. Louis Ram’s Game. He is spearheading the event again this year, which is scheduled for Sunday, November 27th versus the Arizona Cardinals.
The Hancock High School Varsity H Club was honored with the 2011 Community Service Award. Last year alone the members logged over 1,000 hours of service to the Special Olympics, Trunk or Treat at Halloween, and a winter Toy Drive.

Lisa Dunn (center) received the 2011 Above and Beyond Award. With her (from left) are: Linda Henry, Julie Leicht, Representative Scott Sifton, Kevin Johnson, Senator Jim Lembke, Dr. Kevin Carl, and Jim McHugh.
During her time on the Hancock Board of Education, Lisa established a Health Clinic, an OASIS Volunteer Program, Connie’s Closet, among many other achievements.
There were three Commercial Beautification Awards given out this year to businesses that have improved their facades and, in doing so, beautified our community.
